    The Culinary Center was transformed into a picturesque holiday wonderland. Every corner radiated warmth and joy, from the festive décor to the curated program designed to showcase the best of San Miguel Foods’ iconic brands. Over the course of three hours, attendees immersed themselves in the magic of the season while participating in activities that fostered creativity and camaraderie.

    Event Highlights

    1. Interactive Games and Challenges

    The kickoff featured engaging games that encouraged collaboration and fun. One standout was 4Pics & Words, which tested guests’ familiarity with San Miguel Foods products. Another highlight was the Home Foodie Passport activity, where influencers completed tasks such as sharing posts on their social media platforms and urging followers to download the new Home Foodie e-cookbook.

    These activities elevated the online presence of Home Foodie and gave participants opportunities to win premium prizes. Among the coveted rewards were a smart digital oven, a digital slow cooker, a deep fryer, a griddle pan, and high-quality Masflex cookware.

    2. Launch of the Home Foodie Madalicious Celebrations E-Cookbook

    The event officially introduced the Flavors for the Holidays e-cookbook, a collection of 17 recipes perfect for the festive season. The cookbook features easy-to-prepare appetizers, main dishes, and desserts—all crafted with beloved San Miguel Foods products.

    Guests enjoyed a preview of the cookbook’s delectable offerings, sampling dishes that included savory Purefoods Fiesta Ham recipes and rich Magnolia Chicken Timplados creations. The cookbook aims to simplify holiday cooking while ensuring every meal is delicious and memorable.

    3. Cooking Demo by Happy Ongpauco-Tiu

    Adding a personal and professional touch to the event was renowned restaurateur Happy Ongpauco-Tiu, who conducted a live cooking demonstration. Her presentation included innovative tips to elevate traditional holiday meals.

    One highlight of her demo was the preparation of Pandesal Ensaymada with Christmas Ham—a fusion of sweet, cheesy pandesal and savory Purefoods ham. This unique twist on a Filipino classic delighted attendees and perfectly captured the festive spirit.

    4. Culmination of the Home Foodie Madalicious Cookoff Influencer Edition

    The event also recognized the winners of the Home Foodie Madalicious Cookoff, an influencer-focused cooking challenge held earlier in October. Participants had one hour to create dishes using mystery ingredients from San Miguel Foods.

    This competition showcased culinary creativity, with entrants using state-of-the-art equipment sponsored by Reyna Gas and Masflex Cookware.

    The winners were:

    Grand Prize: Roanne Tadina for her Lime Oriental Wings featuring Magnolia Chicken Timplados Oriental Wings, earning her a 20-liter microwave oven.

    1st Place: Charisse Espinosa for her Beef Tapa Shepherd’s Pie using Purefoods Beef Tapa, rewarded with a 6-liter digital air fryer.

    2nd Place: Karina Ramos for her Ginataang Manok Inasal using Magnolia Chicken Timplados Inasal, winning an electric hotpot barbecue griller.

    Non-winning participants were also acknowledged, receiving elegant Masflex dinnerware sets as a token of appreciation.
